Pit Bull's Freedom Ride After 110 Days in the Shelter Has Viewers Crying Happy Tears

Congratulations on finding your forever home, Luna!

Working or volunteering at an animal shelter can be heart-wrenching at times, but it also gives folks the opportunity to witness joyful moments like this. We can only imagine how it felt to watch Luna, the shelter's 'underdog' who had been waiting almost 110 days, finally walk away with a family of her own. We've never even met Luna before, and we are crying happy tears for her!

So many other TikTok viewers are celebrating this Pit Bull's adoption, and it was all thanks to the selflessness of the workers at @humanebroward. They deserve to celebrate after a victory like this, too!

Congratulations, Luna! She looks oh-so-happy to be headed home with her new family, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Just look at those kisses she gave her new mama!

"I love how they know what that red card means and how they know they have found their forever home," commented @bugz.and.feathers. "She looks so happy it made me smile." It would be so hard not to smile after watching this! From Luna's wild tail wags to her confidence in the car, everything about this family's first few minutes together seems like a match made in heaven.

Our favorite detail about this video is how excited her family seems to meet her. Those kisses Luna gave her new mom are giving us life! It's just as @mikaelarodriguez's1478 said, "The lady in red needs Luna just as much as Luna needs her." It reminds us of the saying, 'who rescued who?'
