Baked goods are as much a part of the holiday season as Santa Claus. But when everyone brings their favorite desserts, it’s impossible to try them all. That’s why Ree Drummond, known as the Pioneer Woman, has the perfectly solution: bite-sized Christmas desserts that are super cute and easy to serve!

In a new video posted to the Food Network YouTube Channel, Drummond shows how to make Cheery Cheesecake Santa Hats. She starts by blending vanilla cookies to make a crumb crust, which she dyes red to get in the holiday spirit. While the crust is baking, Drummond gets to work on the “delicious cheesecake mixture.”

She uses cream cheese, sugar, and other ingredients, whipping them all together with her stand mixture. She pours it on top of the crust and puts it back into the oven. The baking and cooling of the cheesecake takes about six hours total, but it is worth the wait!

Once the cheesecake is ready to go, she uses a 2-inch round pastry cutter to create little circles. Drummond then makes her own whipped cream mixture, which she uses to pipe rims around the Santa hats. Each one is then topped with a strawberry and another dot of whipped cream. The Santa hats are ready to eat, and they are so festive and adorable!

The Pioneer Woman’s recipe makes about 15 servings, so be sure to double up if you’ll have more guests this holiday season. No one will be able to resist these bite-sized goodies.
