Pink is on tour right now, and when she’s not busy flying through the air on a trapeze, she looks like she's having a lot of fun behind-the-scenes with her friends and fam. Case in point: The "Raise Your Glass" singer recently shared a snap of herself with Gwen Stefani backstage, and she is absolutely glowing in her glittery leotard.

Pink, 43, rocked a silver sparkling leotard with a deep V-neck that showed off her super-toned core. She accessorized the cool 'fit with bright pink eye shadow and fishnet tights that showed off her strong legs as she smiled next to her friend, Gwen.

“I have known you for a long time, and I have looked up to you like a big sister. You’re the coolest, kindest, and you always have the most swag in the room. Thank you for spending your weekend with me. We have so much more to cover 😂 I’m gonna call you tomorrow lol. I love you. ❤️ 💕,” Pink captioned the photo.

And while these two friends are super cute together, it's impossible to miss how epically toned Pink’s legs (and her peek of abs) are in this snap. It only makes sense, because between belting out her ballads and swinging through the air, her show is a true feat of strength and stamina. Clearly, Pink is an aerial gymnast, but what you might not know is that she trains with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins to make sure she can sing, do the splits, and spin upside, all while suspended in mid-air. The pair focuses on building up Pink’s cardio, and the singer's toned abs are definitely the products of some intense core moves modeled in an IG Live in 2020.

Together, the pair did side tucks, where they lifted their knees into their core while holding a side plank position, as well as hollow holds, and deep stretches for the whole body, like yoga’s plow pose where you reach your feet all the way above your head. That will definitely get the core, and pretty much every other muscles, working!

When she’s not training with Jenkins, Pink stays active in a ton of other ways, including bike riding, yoga, and wake surfing. "I always wondered why God gave me thunder thighs. It's cause he knew I'd use them," Pink captioned a post of her tearing it up on a wakeboard (which takes some serious quad strength, BTW).

Obviously, with all this movement, it’s important Pink stays fueled. Back in 2018, Pink shared she starts her day with a cup of coffee and a smoothie with coconut water, avocado, blueberries, and flaxseed oil, per Good Housekeeping. Pink loves to cook with her kids and try out new dishes as a family. She mostly eats vegan, she shared with Fitness Magazine, per Good Housekeeping. “I try to eat really healthy most of the time. When I 'm not on tour, I've done the vegan thing, although I sometimes eat chicken and fish.”
