Pink Claps Back at Internet Troll Who Commented on Her Body

Pink doesn't have time for body shamers.

Many a celebrity has had their work cut out for them this year when it comes to shutting down the keyboard warriors coming for their appearance.

Melanie Lynskey, Marie Osmond, Ty Pennington and more have all had to address the problematic commentary that bubbles through their screens, which certainly begs the question: Why are we still doing this?

But one Twitter user, a talk show host named Stew Peters, didn't get the memo before he tweeted a picture of the "All I Know So Far" songstress mid-performance in a crop top showing off her toned core. "Those aren't child-bearing hips," he captioned the shot.

It's unclear what, exactly, his implication was—several replies to him requested context he never provided—but the thread definitely didn't go the way he thought it would. Many assumed he was suggesting the singer to be a trans woman, hitting back with assurances that they share her body type or posting photos of Pink while pregnant with one of her two kids: Willow, 11, and Jameson, 6.

Overall, everyone seemed to be in agreement that it was a "disgusting misogynistic comment."

Pink even responded directly, quoting Peters' tweet and writing, "Oh, Stewie . Stewie Stewie Stewie. You’ve got too much free time. 🤡."

Pink, on the other hand, is likely a very busy individual, dividing her time between her family, her music, and ensuring she's in fit condition to be performing the stellar aerial tricks she's known for at her concerts.

As another Twitter user pointed out, "That just looks like a woman with a very athletic core. Next."

"Those are abs. Just FYI," said another.

"The most common body shape is a rectangle. Not everyone gets blessed with the genetics of an hourglass," another shared.

"What? My hips are very, very narrow and my overall body line is not curvy at all. Not all women have the exact same body line. This guy obviously knows nothing about women," a fan agreed.

"I don’t like her political views, but there’s no reason for a nasty comment like this," one went so far as to scold Peters.

When will they learn that we're no longer offering unsolicited commentary about anyone else's body?
