Pillsbur Baking Funfetti Blondie Mix Is A Thing And It Makes One Magical Looking Dessert
All cakes are deserving of love and appreciation, but I'll admit: Not all cakes are created equal. Chocolate and vanilla are great, but Funfetti is a league all of its own which is why whenever new Funfetti items hit the shelves it is our duty here at Delish to tell you about it. There are already a bunch of ways to enjoy Funfetti, but Pillsbury Baking has added a Funfetti blondie mix to the lineup that will change the game.
Blondies are the vanilla-flavored sister of the beloved brownie, and are a great dessert option for when you want something a little less rich and more cake-like. This Funfetti mix comes with the dry ingredients needed to make the blondies, as well as colorful coated chocolate candies that can be incorporated into the mix or on top as a garnish.
Like most Pillsbury Baking mixes, one box of this makes a 13 x 9 inch pan that can be popped in the oven and cut into squares once it's cooled down. Although the photo on the box doesn't show it, I'd say that topping the blondie bars with Funfetti frosting is the way to really get the most out of each box. It would basically end up tasting like a vanilla Cosmic Brownie so, I mean, what's not to love about that?
According to Simple Most, it looks like Funfetti blondie mix is only available at Publix, Menards, and Food Lion, and will hit other grocery stores by September. I'll be counting down the days.
