Pillsbury’s New Cinnamon Toast Crunch Rolls Will Change The Breakfast Game
Pillsbury’s cinnamon rolls are an iconic part of the brand, and the varieties — like the Peaches & Cream, Pumpkin Spice, and Hot Cocoa — make them fun for the seasons. We think the best one yet has just arrived, however, because Cinnamon Toast Crunch-inspired cinnamon rolls are rolling out (no pun intended).
Meijer low-key listed the new Pillsbury Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnamon Rolls on its website, so it’s only a matter of time until they hit the refrigerated section. As described on the packaging, there are eight rolls in each pack and icing to smother them in after they come out of the oven. What we all have to keep in mind is that they’re a limited-edition offering, so stocking up is the only option here.
“Make mornings special with warm and fresh Pillsbury Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnamon Rolls. Easy-to-bake dough and premade icing has everyone’s favorite breakfast ready in minutes. Make holidays and everyday cinnamony sweet,” the description says.
Now the obvious question here is, if Pillsbury regular cinnamon rolls are already made with cinnamon, how are the Cinnamon Toast Crunch ones any different? Well, we don’t have that answer exactly, but our intuition is saying that the rolls could be made with actual cereal crumbs to give them the authentic flavor.
The only way that cinnamon rolls could be even more cinnamon-y is if Cinnamon Toast Crunch were involved. Well done, Pillsbury.
