Pig Getting Belly Rubs and Nose Boops Is Making Everybody Smile
When most people think of pets they think of cats, dogs, and maybe a reptile. But what about a pig? @Penny Pig's mom shared a video at the beginning of October, and it's making everybody's day!
The video is only about 12 seconds like, but it's completely adorable. It starts with Penny getting 'pork scratches' on her side which she clearly enjoys so much that she rolls over so mom can reach her belly. Mom than sweetly slaps her belly and jowls before booping her on the nose!

I could watch @Penny Pig get belly rubs and nose boops all day long! I love how she threw herself down so mom could get to her belly. The sped-up sound makes the video even cuter. Not only that, but now I want a pet pig!
The video got more than 4 million views and nearly 3 thousand comments...people loved it! @Junie the Goonie yelled, "SQUISHY!!!" I'm with @Jade who swooned, "I wish I lived on a farm and had pigs, horses, cows, and chickens!"
Do pigs make good pets? Absolutely! They are intelligent and trainable, they love to be around people and can become very attached to their humans, and they are extremely social. It might actually be like having another kid in the house. I'm not sure my family would agree that a pig seems to be the perfect pet since we've only had dogs, a fluffy rabbit, and a feral cat (it's the neighborhood cat that I've tried to adopt for the last year who still wants nothing to do with me), but I would love to give it a shot!
