Pierce Brosnan knows just how much we want a third Mamma Mia! movie.

The Irish actor visited The Kelly Clarkson Show and revealed his thoughts on whether or not he would return for another film along with the rest of the star-studded cast.

Luckily for fans of the film franchise, he said he's all in!

The actor simply noted, "So maybe Mamma Mia! 3, just thinking about it."

During Brosnan's appearance on the show, host Kelly Clarkson asked him to comment on some of his biggest roles, including Sam Carmichael in Mamma Mia! and Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again.

Brosnan recounted the experience filming the first movie and how it felt like a huge family: "It's easy to fall in love with Meryl [Streep]. It's easy to fall in love with every member of the cast. It was criminal how much fun we had."

He said, "Everyone brought their wives, their girlfriends, their boyfriends, so it became a family...Everyone got on extremely well together."

Clarkson didn't even have to bring up Mamma Mia! 3, it was already on Brosnan's mind, and based on his description of production for the first film, it seems like chances are high that the other cast members would feel the same way.

Brosnan also shared how nervous he was to sing for Mamma Mia!, telling Clarkson, "I was nervous. I was terrified...I'd never sung in a movie before, but this movie really was a game changer."

Along with Brosnan and Streep, Mamma Mia! stars Amanda Seyfried, Colin Firth, Stellan Skarsgård, Christine Baranski, Julie Walters, Dominic Cooper, and more. The second film, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again added Lily James, Andy Garcia, and Cher, among others.

The sequel came out a decade after the first film, but with any luck, the rumored third film won't take quite as long.
