Remember when Kim Kardashian gave Vogue a tour of her home and everyone freaked out about her weird sinks? Well, now everyone will definitely be talking about her Calabasas condo where dreams go to die. Okay, not literally, but that’s what it looks like!
So this week, Kim decided to put one of her many real estate properties up for sale. Don’t worry: It’s not the one Kenny G. is trapped in! It’s a condo that’s actually located “in town” and less than three miles away from her and Kanye West’s main haunt in Hidden Hills. It’s not clear why she needed a home so close to their other home, but I guess you can do things like that when you have loads of hoarded wealth!
Anyway, this 2,260-square-feet condo is in the luxe Avanti complex and was bought for $1.6 million. Technically speaking, the unit is owned by only Kim, but the musicians (yes, I’m counting Kim’s “Jam”!) renovated it together with the help of Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen, who has been described as a “master of brutalism.” (Praying that’s just an architecture style.)

As you can see, it looks like the walls, ceilings, and cabinets are made of cold concrete, and everything inside is 50 shades of beige.
But don’t let me influence you! If you love this style, the condo can be all yours for a cool $3.5 million plus a $658 monthly fee that goes to the housing association!
