America’s Got Talent continues its auditions tonight with 15 fresh acts trying to win their way to the Live Shows by getting judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Sofia Vergara to vote them through.
Featured performers will include dancers, comedians, a witty magician, singers, and a sword swallowing act with Howie as the unwilling assistant!
What we think was the final Golden Buzzer was given out last week to country singers Chapel Hart, a trio comprised of sisters Danica and Devynn Hart along with their first cousin Trea Swindle. The all-girl group performed an original song, “You Can Have Him Jolene,” a response written by the Mississippi natives to the Dolly Parton classic.
“Trust me. I needed you today,” Simon told the group. “That was fantastic. I loved it and I loved the choreography going on around you. It was brilliant.” Then he added, “If I hadn’t used my Golden Buzzer, I would give you a Golden Buzzer.”
Then the judges conferred and host Terry Crews came down from the stage and, for only the second time in the history of Golden Buzzers, a group Golden Buzzer was awarded.
