Peter Weber and Madison Prewett Were “Never Really Back Together”

Madison Prewett and Peter Weber never really got back together.
Madison self-eliminated during the Bachelor finale before Peter proposed to Hannah Ann Sluss.
Madison and Peter reunited during the live finale and revealed they still had feelings for each other.
Hannah Ann Sluss made her press rounds right after The Bachelor finale aired, but Peter Weber and Madison Prewett fully opted out of that. TBH, it makes sense considering how controversial their relationship was and how Peter told his then-finacé, Hannah Ann, that he still had feelings for Madison. Since Peter and Madison have only spoken out via their own Instagrams, fans have been left to ~their own devices~, aka Reality Steve and magazine sources. This time, a People source said that despite what everyone thought after the finale, Peter and Madison were “never really back together.”
The source added, “They just realized they couldn’t make it work,” while another who is close to Madi said, “Madison is very saddened by everything that’s transpired. She cares for Peter and wanted to work through their challenges. But it just got too difficult and seemed like everything was against them.” True! A ton of Bach fans came at Madison for seemingly giving Peter an ultimatum. Also, his mom, Barb, surely didn’t help.

If this were the Sex and the City movie, there would be a shady Vogue article that said, “Peter Weber is still single and living in Los Angeles.” The People source went on to explain that the show “really hit him hard” and “he is aware that people think he made a ton of mistakes.” Since you can’t go back and change the past, Peter is “taking some time to figure out what he wants to do next.” Good for him!
