Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande Got Another Set of Matching Tattoos

The never-ending saga of Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande’s tattoo story had added a new chapter Thursday, after photographers caught the Saturday Night Live star with some brand new ink on the back of his neck.

According to Cosmopolitan, Pete’s new tattoo reads, “mille tendresse,” a French phrase that translates to “a thousand tendernesses.” Ariana fans will no doubt be familiar with the romantic phrase, which has been tattooed on the back of Ari's neck since 2014. The term of endearment is a borrowed from Truman Capote’s seminal novella, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, which also happens to be Ariana’s favorite movie, according to MTV.

This is the second time in as many weeks that Pete showed off a new tattoo. Last week, he debuted a tattoo dedicated to his and Ariana’s possible new pet, Piggy Smalls, which was preceded by a “Grande” tattoo along his rib cage. In fact, keeping up with Pete and Ariana’s ink escapades can border on practically being an Olympic sport.

Since embarking on their relationship in May, Pete and Ariana have been showing love for each other via tattoos at a relentless pace. Ariana got a “8418” tattoo in honor of Pete’s late dad’s firefighter badge number. Pete also has the number tattooed on his arm, as well as Ariana’s Dangerous Woman bunny mask tattooed on his neck and his fiancées initials, "AG," tattooed on his right thumb. The couple also have matching "H2GKMO" tattoos on their hands, which stands for "honest to god knock me out,” a phrase Ariana is prone to using on Twitter.
