Pete Davidson Allegedly in Therapy After Kanye West Drama

The comedian has reportedly been seeking help as a result of Kanye West's scathing social media attacks.
Pete Davidson is still dealing with the aftermath of his alleged online harassment from Kanye West, who has been publicly targeting the comedian for months.
According to People, the 28-year-old "has been in trauma therapy in large part" due to West's social media attacks, which began after Davidson began dating his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.
Davidson—who has since split from the SKIMS founder—has been the subject of numerous posts on West's Instagram page, which a source claimed has prompted the Saturday Night Live alum to turn to therapy.
"The attention and negativity coming from Kanye and his antics is a trigger for [Pete], and he's had to seek out help," an insider revealed to the outlet.
The source also noted that Davidson "has no regrets for dating Kim and wants it to be made very clear that she's been nothing but supportive of him throughout their relationship."
In his most recent attack, West, 45, reacted to Davidson's breakup with Kardashian, 41, with a since-deleted Instagram post on Monday, which featured an image of a fake The New York Times front-page reading, "Skete Davidson Dead at Age 28."
Both Davidson and Kardashian reportedly reached out to Instagram over the post, asking "to make the platform a safer place," the source told PEOPLE, adding that West's behavior online is the reason Davidson has "been absent from social media."
Earlier this year, the Donda artist notoriously threatened to "beat Pete Davidson's a**," in his diss track "Eazy," which also featured a music video portraying a claymation depiction of West kidnapping and burying Davidson alive.
A source close to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum stressed to the publication that Kardashian and Davidson's recent breakup has nothing to do with his involvement in trauma therapy, as "Kim does not tolerate this type of behavior from Kanye."

As Parade previously reported, Kardashian and Davidson called it quits as a result of their hectic schedules, though they have agreed to remain friends.
"They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but found that the long distance and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship,” a source added at the time.
