Perdue is spicing things up this summer, with a standout new brew that is just perfect for grilling season.
The iconic chicken brand is launching its brand new PERDUE Beer Can Chicken Beer, a first-of-its-kind brew specially crafted to make the ultimate beer can chicken.
Created in partnership with Torch & Crown Brewing Company, the new honey double-citrus summer ale is brewed with classic grilled chicken seasonings like rosemary, thyme and pink peppercorn—an unbeatable combination to help backyard grillers prepare the perfect beer can chicken.
The brand's custom Beer Can Chicken Beer is tangy and juicy, with just an added hint of sweetness. But it's not just for grilling, as you can also sip on this tasty ale all summer long—just be sure to save some for your chicken!

Perdue's recipe for this tasty grilling style involves pouring a directed amount of beer into a food-grade roasting stand, and then standing a chicken upright and cooking it using a grill or smoker. This method not only infuses the bird with flavor from the brew, but it also marinates it from the inside out, while keeping the chicken moist and tender.
