Apparently she did too, as she captioned the post, “my twin” and added heart emoji.

It’s clear Hale is well aware of the pair’s look-alike status. On Late Night With Seth Meyers in 2015, she shared that she’s totally fine with the comparison. “She’s a friend of mine,” Hale told Meyers. “I’ll take it. That’s cool.”
Many fans feel their resemblance is uncanny. “I saw a magazine picture with you, Lucy and thought it was @therealsarahhyland you two are so alike @lucyhale” one commenter wrote on Instagram. Celebrity makeup artist Allan Avendaño wrote, “Omg!!!!!! Babes!!!! @lucyhale @therealsarahhyland LOVE YOU BOTH. Is it creepy if I frame this pic?! Hahah”, to which Hale responded — calling Hyland an angel.
The young Hollywood stars aren’t the only members of the celeb set who are often compared to one another. Nocturnal Animals co-stars Amy Adams and Isla Fisher are often mistaken for each other by fans.
Last year Fisher decided to have some fun with it and alter her annual Christmas picture — playing off the famous doppelgänger joke.
“I cut and pasted Amy Adams’s face over mine, so it was Sacha, Amy, and the kids,” Fisher said on the Today show. “And then we said, ‘Season’s greetings from Sacha and Isla.’” To her astonishment, no one picked up on it. “”Everyone was like, ‘Oh, your card was so cute.’ I was like, ‘It was a joke. It’s not me, it’s Amy!’”
The top-tier actresses have poked fun at their similarities as well. Chastain posted a funny meme with Howard on her Twitter account in 2015.

The image shows the women looking at each other with puzzled expressions — apparently over the fact that people still think they are the same person.
Jaime Pressly and Margot Robbie are also part of the look-alike club — despite their 13-year age difference.
