People Are Bombarding the ‘Kelly Clarkson Show’ YouTube Page Over the Singer’s Latest Performance

Kelly Clarkson proves time and time again that she can truly sing anything. On her daily talk show, she takes the stage to perform Kellyoke covers of hit songs. She has blown us away with her renditions of country hits like Brooks & Dunn’s “Boot Scootin’ Boogie,” Kelsea Ballerini’s “Half of My Hometown,” and Dolly Parton’s “Jolene.” But it’s no surprise that the powerful vocalist can bring down the house with an R&B song too.

Kelly took the stage in a brown-and-cream belted dress, platform sandals, and a loose ponytail. The American Idol winner put her own spin on Toni Braxton’s “Breathe Again” from the Grammy Award–winning singer’s 1993 debut album, and Kelly’s audience awarded the performance with a standing ovation.

They also flooded the video’s comments section with words of support:

Kelly has been turning heads week after week as a host on American Song Contest on NBC. Fans can’t get enough of the rapport between Kelly and her cohost Snoop Dogg. She revealed this week that Snoop celebrated her 40th birthday with a special gift: flowers and a necklace!
