Penélope stars in Fernando Trueba’s latest Spanish dramedy, which is a sequel to his 1998 prequel The Girl of Your Dreams. In it, Penélope ironically plays a beautiful Hollywood actress who returns to Spain to star in a movie about Queen Isabella I of Castile.
Penélope’s red carpet look is totally reminiscent Old Hollywood glam — which brilliantly ties into the of retro theme of the film.
