  • Paulina Porizkova posed for Marianne Magazine and posted a pantsless shots of her toned abs on IG for her followers.

  • While she loves staying active and doing Pilates, Paulina is also gentle on her body and preaches graceful aging.

At 58, Paulina Porizkova has never looked more gorgeous (or strong!). The model shared a new photo on Instagram with her followers from a photoshoot with Marianne Magazine, taken by Lukas Kimlicka, where she posed in a pair of white underwear and matching white button-down, showing off her super-strong core and legs.

Along with the stunning photo, Paulina shared a poignant caption about healing and working through trauma. "Out of sight- out of mind. This is a very simplistic point of view, or, in my case, a protective measure," she wrote. Paulina goes on to explain her work in overcoming childhood trauma that left her "with an almost crippling fear of abandonment," and how she is working on overcoming it.

She also added tons of insight and honesty. "I have been working very hard on trying to correct something that may have protected me in the past, but now has outgrown its usefulness- and is instead a burden. It’s a work in progress."

If you're curious to know how Paulina gets so strong and toned, you're definitely not the first. Luckily, Women's Health has a lot of great insights into this star's routines. One major hack: Paulina likes to mix up her workouts. Sometimes that even means working her core using a weighted hula hoop.

"This is a weighted hoop, btw, 5 pounds, and boy, it gets your stomach muscles working while having a blast," she wrote in an IG video caption.

She's also devoted to her Pilates practice, and likes to hit classes at Nofar Method Pilates. Pilates is a great low-impact workout that strengthens and tones all over, from your core to your booty and arms.

However, last year Paulina shared that she had to cut back on her Pilates, and instead has been working with her personal trainer, Shelly, at a local Crunch Fitness on strength training and physical therapy. She posted a video montage of the two training together on Instagram, which included moves like dumbbell shoulder presses and resistance machine rows.

To feel her best, Paulina follows a 16:8 intermittent fasting diet, meaning she fasts 16 hours a day and eats whatever she wants for about eight hours. She opened up on Instagram about why it works for her, sharing, "I generally take it as I eat whatever I want for eight hours because I like food, but I also kind of tend to like more healthy food."

Besides training and feeding her body well, Paulina has been outspoken about combatting ageism and choosing to age gracefully. "I felt ashamed to be aging, and then on the other hand you go, 'But, I'm smarter, I'm better, I'm funnier, I'm more patient!'" She shared with People. "Overall as a person, I'm the best I've ever been. So I'm not ready to be dismissed."
