Paulina Porizkova is among a wave of older celebrities who are being really honest about what aging actually looks like. The 58-year-old supermodel has embraced her natural gray hair, poses without makeup, and doesn’t gatekeep her beauty routine. In fact, in an Instagram video last month, Porizkova shared a very lengthy breakdown of her five-minute day makeup routine.

Videos like these are often sponsored, which can make them less enticing. But Porizkova noted that the post was “non-sponsored” in her caption. “I’m only showing you what I like,” she wrote. So when she called Colorescience’s Total Eye 3-in-1 Anti-Aging Renewal Therapy “the product she can’t live without,” I really listened.

This Colorescience eye cream is a serum-concealer hybrid. It comes in four subtle, slightly sheer shades and is packed with depuffing and skin-repairing ingredients. The former supermodel certainly isn’t its only fan, as it has 1,500-plus five-star ratings on Amazon alone. How do you create an eye cream that generates so much adoration? Well for starters, you make it more multitasking than a Swiss army knife.

The brand dubs this a 3-in-1 product, but it’s even more than that when you get into the ingredients, concerns it addresses, and shopper reviews. First of all, it has SPF 35 protection, and if you’ve been paying attention in class then you know that’s your first line of defense against aging. Additionally, its formula includes actineyes, an algae-based ingredient that reportedly moves with your wrinkles (i.e. no creasing) and improves firmness and decreases sagginess. It also boasts phytomoist,  your hydrating and skin-plumping fix of plant-derived hyaluronic acid, while aldavine is another algae-derived ingredient that mostly helps reduce the severity of dark circles. Lastly, there is a cocktail ingredient called Syn-Eye that purportedly uses a combination of peptides to reduce the severity of fine lines and wrinkles. Then of course there is the tint, which provides some foolproof tone correction.

One shopper who said they have “dark shadows,” “fine lines and wrinkles,” and dry skin under their eyes said the Colorescience eye cream was a game changer. “This product brightens under my eyes, I have no stinging from SPF despite getting it very close to my water line, and it really makes me look more youthful and awake,” they wrote. Plus, other shoppers rave that it works quickly — “in only four days, I look more awake and fresh,” raved one — and even takes “three to five years” off their face.
