Paulina Porizkova is getting in on the plastic surgery game — for a belated April Fool’s Day, that is.

The model, who is an outspoken advocate against ageism, took to Instagram on April 2 to share a photo of herself sporting some extreme fillers and plastic surgery. However, the photo was created with the help of a special photo filter, rather than a surgeon or injector.

“Alright — screw this natural aging biz. It’s getting me nowhere,” she captioned the post. “#nolongerbetweenjloandbettywhite #happyfoolsdayyesterday.”

Porizkova’s followers appreciated the joke, with one writing, “The funny/scary part Paulina? There are people who have altered their faces enough to look like this!”

Another joked, “Now that’s MUCH better! Should’ve done that DECADES ago," while a third added, “We won’t tell anyone. I mean, you can’t tell.”

While the America’s Next Top Model alum may be poking fun at some extreme forms of self-alteration, she explained how she feels about modifying one’s body in a January Instagram post.

“When I post no Botox no fillers hashtags, I get a fair amount of criticism from women assuming I’m somehow being superior,” she wrote at the time. “I always have a knee jerk reaction to this — wanting to defend myself. No, no, I want to say, I’m merely going for representation. This is what it looks like to be an un-tweaked woman of 56, (ok, so on a good day and in great light). I, personally, want to see other women who haven’t tweaked, so I have a sense of what being my age looks like.”

Porizkova recently spoke to People about how ageism is still a hurdle the modeling industry has yet to overcome.

"I felt ashamed to be aging, and then on the other hand you go, 'But, I'm smarter, I'm better, I'm funnier, I'm more patient!' " she said. "Overall as a person, I'm the best I've ever been. So I'm not ready to be dismissed."

She added, "You don't get to dismiss me because I have some wrinkles and sags and gray hair now, when I'm kind of fabulous, the most fabulous I've ever been. In fact, I'm going to just put it out there and go, you know what, this is me at my best. Deal with it!"
