Paulina Porizkova, 57, Is Ultra-Strong In This Trampoline Bikini Pic

  • Paulina Porizkova channeled her inner child this weekend, hopping on a trampoline for some good, old-fashioned fun.

  • The supermodel, 57, donned a gold bikini for her jump sesh, and she was strong all over in a new Instagram photo.

  • Paulina has been open about how hard it can be to stay strong as you age, and she loves doing Pilates.


Paulina Porizkova certainly looks like she had the most perfect weekend. The supermodel, who is 57, shared a new Instagram post, telling everyone that she spent her weekend "in the country with friends and loved ones and wonderful food and songs and brilliant weather." Yeah, that certainly sounds delightful to me!

Oh, and she also spent some time in a gold bikini getting in some fun jumping time on a trampoline, which not only highlighted her shining smile, but also her super strong abs and booty.

Paulina also got pretty insightful in the caption, as she does.

"It dawned on me how much time I spend living in the past and the future," she wrote. "I’m not a big advocate for only living in the now- it can be an escape from dealing with things that should be dealt with. I’d call thinking about the future 'hope' and thinking about the past 'introspection.' But both keep me from living in the present. So I’m working towards a better balance. Starting today.😁 Happy Monday everyone."

Paulina is all about staying in shape and working on her mobility. Last week, she shared an inspiring compilation video of a recent workout session with her personal trainer, Shelly, at a local Crunch Fitness. Paulina explained that she has been working on hip physical therapy and strength training.

"Staying in shape after menopause takes a lot of frickin’ work," she wrote in the video's caption. In the video, you can see Paulina crushing some dumbbell shoulder presses and rows on a machine.

Paulina later shared, "I may not be as strong or as supple or as smooth as in my youth, but I am comfortable with my vulnerabilities, conscious of my weaknesses, proud of my strengths - and best of all, have the wisdom to put it all together and delight in the results."

One of the supermodel's favorite workouts is a nice long Pilates sesh. And although she has said she's "had to cut down on my Pilates since I came back for the jungle shooting #beyondtheedge because my hips won’t cooperate," she is still pretty devoted to the practice, and is an especially big fan of Nofar Method Pilates.

She also loves to get active practicing self defense, and in an Instagram post from November 2021, she said that she "spent most of my forties doing karate, kickboxing and Krav Maga."

As for her diet and nutrition, Paulina shared that she lives a "reasonably clean" life in an Instagram post from August 2020.

"[I] don't much enjoy processed foods, but love a variety and do love my cakes," she said. She went on to share that she also drinks wine and cocktails, and that she smoked until she was 40 years old (don't worry, Paulina says, she "quit when pregnant and nursing").

By the looks of it, she also enjoys a lovely high tea snack.
