Model Paulina Porizkova, 56, is celebrating her recent cover for Los Angeles Magazine, which she earned for celebrating her age and body.

"I am very proud to be the cover and a part of this LA Magazine issue on ageism. We are doing much better in celebrating beauty that comes in many different sizes and colors, but age is still something to be conquered," she wrote in the caption.

And in a new Instagram video, she took her followers behind the scenes of her cover photoshoot. In the video, she's dancing to the Bee Gee's "Staying Alive," and only wearing a pair of black undies and a blazer, which are totally showing off her super-toned abs and legs.

"Just put some Bee Gees on and I can’t help dancing," she wrote in the caption. "Ironically, 'staying alive' is exactly what we’re fortunate enough to do as we age. Carpe diem!"

Lisa Rinna commented, "❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥," and Angie Harmon followed suit with "❤️👏❤️👏❤️👏🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥."

In a previous Instagram post, Paulina talked about her "pro-aging" stance.

"I do not want to fight myself everyday for the rest of my life. But I do want to make the best of what I was given," she wrote. "And I want to shine a bright light in the dark corners of the shame that is heaped on women for daring to age."

She also works out but shared with Elle that she only started exercising when she was 40, after sharing she previously relied on "cigarettes and poor nutrition" when she was younger and modeling.

“I started exercising to help with my panic attacks and to get off antidepressants,” she said. “I found out if I worked out every day my anxiety was kept a lot at bay. And I felt better.”

Her workouts include TRX and Pilates, and she now works out 3 to 5 times a week. Looking good!
