Paul Rodriguez's New 'Life Reset' Series Is Inspiring Thousands To Reset And Recenter, Ep. 6 Just Dropped (Watch)

Paul Rodriguez is without a doubt one of the best skateboarders to ever step foot on a board. His talent was recognized at the young age of 14, (only two years after he started skating), and since then, his consistency, effortless style and persistence has taken him around the globe multiple times.

Not everyone has had a career as long and decorated as P-Rod's—some, but not many. But in fairness, it didn't come easy. There's a reason he was one of the greats and continues to be one of the greats, and his new Life Reset series lets us be a fly on the wall of the progress.

Now in his late thirties, it's inspiring to see Paul shifting gears and taking his health and fitness routine so seriously. He's making it a point to stay hydrated and drink more water. He's hitting the gym and focusing on what he's eating. He's progressing and inspiring us all on (and off) his board. And all the while, he's documenting it and it's making a huge impact on his fans and beyond.

It's actually pretty impressive how you can already see a difference here compared to Episode 1. It's clear as day that Paul is putting in the work and it's all paying off. Nice to have Malto in the mix, too. Seeing them skating and hanging together will never get old.

Wouldn't be a day in Paul's life if he didn't end it with an ice plunge. Health is wealth. Go get after it.
