Paris Hilton’s Pink-Tastic New Cookware Collection for Walmart Has Us Totally ‘Sliving’

There’s a scene in the first episode of Cooking with Paris where host Paris Hilton dons a bright pink dress with lacy fingerless gloves, then sprinkles a sizable portion of blue glitter on a tray of cerulean marshmallow mix. It’s an over-the-top, glam-or-bust take on baking—one that informed the social media star’s new cookware line, suitably dubbed the “Be an Icon” collection.

Hilton cites her experience filming Cooking with Paris as the impetus for the collection, which is shoppable now via Walmart. “I wanted to make products that were more fun,” she tells ELLE DECOR. “I noticed that most cookware products are pretty basic and boring.” The solution? To “Paris-ize,” as per Hilton, day-to-day kitchen tools.

That’s putting it lightly. The collection oozes “sliving” charm, from the heart-shaped charcuterie board and knife block to the set of mugs emblazoned with iconic Paris-isms. (The “That’s Hot” cup is already sold out.) It’s a range of more than 20 products in total, from pastel pink pots and pans to opalescent teapots and tumblers.

Of course, to really channel the “loves it” vibes, you’ll need more than just a new set of knives and cutting boards. “It’s fun to dress up when you’re in the kitchen,” Hilton adds. “I love wearing a cute outfit that’s on theme with what I’m cooking.” Case in point: an episode of Cooking With Paris where the “Stars Are Blind” singer and Demi Lovato attempt to make pink heart-shaped ravioli and Hilton dons a dress with a playful heart pattern to match. (The ravioli itself, unfortunately, didn’t make it past the dough stage.)

Looking for other Paris-ized cooking tips? “Wear sunglasses if you’re cutting onions so you don’t cry,” Hilton says. “It works!” And don’t forget, a healthy sprinkle of edible glitter (or a blue marshmallow) is a key part of a balanced breakfast. Because, well, that’s hot.
