Paris Hilton on why Kim Kardashian is dating Pete Davidson

Kim Kardashian's longtime pal Paris Hilton has given the Skims founder's new relationship with Pete Davidson her seal of approval. Paris, who has just had her Netflix show Cooking With Paris cancelled, still radiated positive vibes, telling Access Hollywood, "I’m so happy to see her happy. She looks so beautiful and smiling and I think they’re just so cute together."

She went on to say "funny guys are awesome", obviously hinting that the Saturday Night Live star wins in the laughs department. And let’s be honest, humour is a massive part of any relationship, so he’s definitely got our seal of approval, too.

Paris added, "cause they always just make you laugh and put you in a good mood. It’s just good vibes, so it’s really cute."

And because Paris and Kim go waaaay back, with Kim saying in a 2019 KUWTK episode that "Paris literally gave me a career and I like totally acknowledge that," it’s no surprise that the two are so supportive of each other’s relationships. When Paris got married in November last year, Kim reportedly stepped back into her old role, with a source telling E! Online that she had "a sweet pep talk with Paris and helped her with her dress."

Kim and Pete first made headlines last year when they shared *that* kiss on the now iconic Saturday Night Live sketch, in which they played Disney couple Jasmine and Alladin. The sketch also showed Kim trying to stifle a laugh when Pete said, "I might not make it all the way in," after calling her "a lot of woman." Seems he was making her laugh before they were even a couple.

And as well as Paris confirming Pete’s a funny guy, a source also told Entertainment Tonight that "he makes her laugh, plays around and has a sense of humour."

We wonder if we’ll be seeing any double dates on the horizon?
