1."My son has Asperger's and tries so hard to be thoughtful. When his grandfather passed away late last year, he told his grandmother very soberly and honestly, "I'm sorry about your dead husband."

2."I work at an after-school program with kids aged 5-12. I had recently had a miscarriage and told the kids I was no longer pregnant because they were excited about me giving birth in the future."

3."At the aquarium, 'Wow daddy, that fish is even uglier than you'."

4."Years ago, I brought my then-girlfriend to my parents vacation house for the first time and introduced her to my entire family.
