Sylvester Stallone is staying in Tulsa.

The hits keep coming for Taylor Sheridan!

In an unsurprising move, Paramount+ has renewed the Sylvester Stallone-led series Tulsa King for season 2—after only three episodes have aired on the streamer.

Tulsa King shattered records when it premiered Nov. 13. The series scored as the No. 1 new series of the year, topping all others including the Game of Thrones sequel House of the Dragon, with its preview on Paramount Network, and on Paramount+.

The show, the first regular TV series in Stallone’s career, tells the story of his character, Dwight Manfredi, a New York mafioso ex-con sent to set up operations in glamorous Tulsa, Okla. “Dwight is a fish out of water,” Stallone told Parade ahead of season 1. “He’s a New York guy in cowboy land. I love the challenges and the possibilities that it brings.”

"It shattered records, driving us to our biggest new sign-up day in history—which is why we instantly greenlit season two,” said Chris McCarthy, President/CEO, Paramount Media Networks & MTV Entertainment Studios. “Tulsa King together with Mayor of Kingstown, 1883 and the upcoming 1923, undeniably confirm the success of our strategy to franchise Yellowstone and use it to supercharge streaming growth—none of which would be possible without the creative mastermind of Taylor Sheridan."

The series also stars Andrea Savage, Martin Starr, Jay Will, Max Casella, Domenick Lombardozzi, Vincent Piazza, A.C. Peterson, Garrett Hedlund and Dana Delany.
