Parachute’s New Linen Loungewear Will Give You Lightweight Options for the Summer
Parachute came to be in 2014 as an online-only, direct-to-consumer brand whose goal was to create “impeccable bedding.” Since then, it has expanded to other items in your home, including a mattress, bath towels, rugs, curtains, and dinnerware. It wasn’t until 2019 that Parachute stepped into the clothing world with silk pajamas, and at the end of last year, it launched its first-ever loungewear collection. We’re going to need more summer-appropriate pieces to wear soon, and that’s where the new Linen Loungewear Collection comes in.
The collection features six pieces, and the neutral palette makes it easy (and encouraged) to mix and match. There is a Women’s Linen Tank ($49), Women’s Linen Short ($49), Women’s Linen Top ($74), Women’s Linen Pant ($74), Women’s Linen Sleep Shirt ($99), and Unisex Linen Robe ($99). Each piece comes in sizes extra-small to extra-large — aside from the robe, which is available in small to extra-large.
As we mentioned, the pieces are available in cool tones that will work well with those summer items you already have in your closet. There are Bone (white), Coal (charcoal), and Clay (pinkish) colors that all have a similar vibe. So you can snag a Bone tank with Clay pant for an effortless (yet pretty damn chic) look. At first glance, you might think these were created to only rock indoors, but the pieces are cool enough to step outside in.
The last thing we want to wear during those scorching months is heavy materials, so this breathable linen will be your best friend. Parachute noted that just like with all of its linen offerings, they are OEKO-TEX-certified, which means they’re safely made without harmful chemicals or synthetics.
