Paper-quilling artist Nikki Besser to present at NELL April 24

Apr. 18—FOSSTON — Northern Exposure to Lifelong Learning will host Nikki Besser's presentation on paper quilling at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24, at the Embassy Center, 603 Third St. NE., Fosston.

"Besser is quite accomplished in oils, pastels and airbrushing, but paper quilling is where her heart is today," a release said.

Doors open at 9 a.m. with the program starting at 9:30 a.m. Refreshments will be served and a free-will donation will be accepted.
