  • Pamela Anderson rocked totally strong legs and arms in a little black dress for her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live this week.

  • In the photos, the star was channeling her inner Audrey Hepburn, complete with the big sunglasses and a chic updo.

  • Pamela likes to get outside and garden, and also has a ballet barre in her home.

Pamela Anderson is having a moment right now. In case you hadn't heard, the 55-year-old model and actress's Netflix doc, Pamela, a Love Story, just dropped, and her memoir also came out the same day. The doc is already ranked No. 3 on the streamer's platform, so you could say it's doing pretty well so far.

Now, Pamela is on the press circuit, and for her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, she opted for a chic, black, fit-and-flare, Audrey Hepburn-style dress that showed off her super toned arms and legs. Of course, in true Audrey fashion, she accessorized with a pair of dark sunglasses and a chic updo. The whole thing was *chef's kiss*.

In case you missed the epic moment, here's a quick peek at Pamela's iconic outfit:

One way that Pamela stays strong is by getting busy in her garden. In her Netflix documentary, Pamela takes viewers with her as she prunes her plants, cuts flowers, and mows the lawn.

The documentary also highlights the training she went through when she starred as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway. FYI, it required some serious exercise.

“To start off, it’s three hours of dance with Greg Butler, two hours of acting with Ivana Chubbuck, and then one hour of voice with Eric Vetro. I did two weeks in L.A. and yesterday was my first day in New York. Tomorrow we start. It’s a lot! I love really hard work,” Pamela told Vogue.

Pamela said during particularly tough Broadway training seshes, she channeled tennis icon Serena Williams. “I have this funny saying I’ve been doing lately where when I’m exhausted and my feet feel like they’re going to break, I just think, What would Serena Williams do right now? She wouldn’t quit!”

Pamela also got real that even though she does work out, sometimes she just doesn't get to it. "I have a ballet barre, I have my Technogym, my treadmill. I have all these different pieces and I just look at it and I haven’t used it yet," she told The Wall Street Journal.

Of course, Pamela also follows a dedicated self-care routine. "I’m a big self-care person, especially when you’re going through any kind of emotional time. I get a lot of massages," she told Vogue.

Love it, Pamela! Congrats on the new documentary and book!
