  • Pamela Anderson recently donned one of Victoria Beckham's dresses in a new campaign, and she was all kinds of strong.

  • The model and actress showed off her sculpted abs and butt in one of Victoria's cut-out dress on Instagram.

  • While she isn't a huge fan of traditional exercises, Pamela loves walking workouts and dancing, and tries to stay active during the day.

It’s no secret that Pamela Anderson is having a serious ~moment~ right now thanks to the release of her new Netflix documentary and book Love, Pamela. She’s made it clear that, at this point in her life, she’s just doing things her own way. Well, Pamela casually made an appearance in a new fashion shoot—and it’s stunning.

The shot, which was for Victoria Beckham’s spring/summer 2023 collection, shows the 55-year-old in a cut-out, flowy dress with her hair billowing behind her. Pamela gets busy flaunting her seriously strong abs, along with a peek of a toned booty in the look, and she appears to be either makeup-free or wearing a minimal makeup.

Victoria posted the look on Instagram and kept the caption simple, detailing the dress that Pamela is wearing. But people completely freaked in the comments.

“Pamela Anderson is a forever icon. Love her and love this collaboration,” one person wrote. “I love her confidence and she's iconic,” another said. Even Pamela’s son Dylan chimed in with, “Love this 🤍.”

Pamela has been dedicated to fitness, including while prepping for her role as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway last year—a role which required a *lot* of dance training. “To start off, it’s three hours of dance with Greg Butler, two hours of acting with Ivana Chubbuck, and then one hour of voice with Eric Vetro,” Pamela told Vogue.“It’s a lot! I love really hard work.”

Pamela said she felt “like an Olympic athlete” while training for the role, and shared that she got some mental inspiration from the GOAT of tennis. “I have this funny saying I’ve been doing lately where when I’m exhausted and my feet feel like they’re going to break, I just think, ‘What would Serena Williams do right now? She wouldn’t quit! I say, ‘What do champions do? Get back out there, stop complaining,’” Pamela said.

The star did admit to People that she’s not huge on exercise, but she finds ways to be active. “I don’t work out much,” she said. “I walk on the beach, and I love the feeling after a long walk or a walk through a museum. I’ve always stretched and moved my body with resistance. I like dancing — I was taking ballet in Paris — but I’m double jointed and need to keep my strength. I’m more flexible than strong.

Still, she’ll hit the gym sometimes. “I was in a beautiful hotel with a tiny gym, and I did try the elliptical a few times,” she said. “I read on it—I’m reading Napoleon and Josephine in French right now. It’s a little boring to be in the gym unless I’m reading!”

Pamela told Vogue that she’s “a big self-care person” and that means getting a lot of massages and taking a vitamin regimen. She’s also vegan and said she only eats between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. “It just makes me feel so great and energized,” she shared.

Her go-tos, per People, include avocados, grapefruit, celery, and cucumbers, along with pistachios, French bread, hummus, pita, decaf cappuccinos, and rosé. “I’m drinking too much rosé!” she joked.

Pamela Anderson, everybody!
