There's a new wave pool on the menu.

The Palm Springs Surf Club, the love child of pro surfers Kalani Robb and Cheyne Magnusson, is (finally) opening its doors for business on January 1.

As our own Zander Morton reported earlier this year, the final product is the new and improved version of the original test facility that opened a few years ago.

Palm Springs Surf Club captioned the post above today:

"It’s on. Website is live. Book your reservations now. Opening day 01.01.24"

Per the press release:

"The Palm Springs Surf Club (PSSC) prepares to officially open its doors to the public on January 1, 2024, ushering in a new class of entertainment and hospitality. The groundbreaking development is set to introduce world-class surfing to Southern California’s most frequented and unexpected destination - the desert.

"PSSC guests will experience the perfect engineered wave ranging from two to seven feet in a state-of-the-art wave pool. In addition to surfing, guests will enjoy world-class dining venues, waterslides, lounge pools, a lazy river, indoor/outdoor event venues, and a social club with bottle service and a complete viewing deck.

"In 2018, Cheyne Magnusson, the original wave curator in Waco, Texas, and Kalani Robb, a surf icon, got together and partnered with James Dunlop to build a next-generation wave prototype in the original Wet ‘N’ Wild waterpark in Palm Springs, California."

According the wave pool's website, prices range from $100 for beginners, $150 for intermediate surfers, and $200 for advanced surfers.

Back in September, Robb told Benji Weatherley:

"I hope everybody will have fun. It'll help everybody, help Palm Springs as a city."

Surfers are already psyching in the post's comments section, check out a few below:

Jacob Szekely: "Hell yeah, I’m hyped"

Alana Blanchard: "🙌🙌🙌"

Bethany Hamilton: "Cheeee"

Peter King: "Way to go gang"
