Dick's Sporting Goods might be the place to go for running shoes and exercise shorts during its massive clearance sale on footwear and apparel, but the retailer also has a ton of golf shoes on sale. With spring golf fully in session, it pays to have a great pair. But there's one style, in particular, that's on sale at Dick's for up to $96 off that Nike says was personally requested by Michael Jordan.

The Air Jordan ADG 4 Golf Shoes are on sale for as low as $99 at Dick's Sporting Goods—up to 49% off the original price that can cost as much as $195. This pair is a top-10 bestselling style among all golf shoes at Dick's after having amassed over 30 five-star ratings from shoppers who swear by them. They're currently available in sizes ranging from 7.5 to 13 and are discounted in four colors. The price depends on the color selected, but each is still over 30% off.

These spikeless golf shoes are made with a full-grain leather upper and have a heel counter that features the iconic elephant print seen in so many legendary pairs of Jordan sneakers. They sit on a lightweight Nike React foam midsole, a material known for its durability and responsiveness that's commonly found in running shoes like the Pegasus. Underneath is a multi-directional, toothy rubber sole that allows you to plant yourself firmly on the fairway to grip it and rip it. It's a fine choice for afternoon tee times and, while they're said to "hold up fine with normal morning dew," they offer more in the way of ventilation than they do waterproofing.

Shoppers and sneaker fans agree that this is a departure from other Jordan golf shoes, but many say it's for the best. "I own multiple pairs of Jordan golf shoes and these ADG 4s are hands down the most comfortable and traditional of the line," a shopper noted. "These look like a traditional golf shoe. I'd feel just as confident wearing them at my local muni as I would at St. Andrews…So far, I've played three rounds (two riding, one walking) and have no complaints about the comfort. Solid grip and stability with not much of a break-in period."

Even those who don't typically play in Jordans say this pair checks all the boxes. "I was looking for a new pair of golf shoes. I really wanted some traditional styling that was still modern," another shopper said. "I bought a new pair of Jordans in white and was very impressed. Comfortable, check! The right blend of style, check! Great performance, check! Thinking about adding the black ones too."

With golf season underway throughout the US, it pays to have a great pair of shoes, especially one that was requested by His Airness. While we're not expecting the Jordan ADG 4 to sell out soon, we're not sure if the price will come back up, so make sure to pick up your size while they're still up to 49% off.
