Paget Brewster Shares ‘Very Sexy’ Photo Honoring the New Year

The actress is embracing the passage of time.

2023 is the year of aging gracefully! Just ask Paget Brewster.

The Criminal Minds star has joined the ranks of Paulina Porizkova, Shania Twain, Cameron Diaz, and more, who have all recently opened up about the aging process and are working to be the role models that they never had as young women.

Brewster, 53, took to Twitter on New Year's Day to celebrate the changing tide, where she took stock of the passing time. 

She shared a professional photo against a gray backdrop, in which the actress leaned slightly to the right donning a serious facial expression. Her gray hair was left loose to frame her face, curling softly at the edges, and she wore a black double-breasted blazer over a satiny turquoise blouse.

"Hi guys. I’m excited about 2023!" she wrote alongside it. "It’s hard getting older and not doing injections or surgery but I choose that. I’m older. I’m still hard working, inquisitive and sexy. Very sexy."

We're not here to judge those who do go the route of injections or surgery, but we're also not going to guilt women over their choices not to do so, and Twitter was sure to hype Brewster up.

"Yes! Proud of you emerging as you! The powerful, sexy, beauty of you!" said actress and singer Erica Gimpel.

"I love that you are doing this. I’m 32 and my post chemo hair has a lot of greys. I’ve decided to let it go grey, however long that takes, and not dye it. Seeing women rocking grey hair definitely helps with this decision!" revealed another.

"Bring on 2023! Happy New Year, Paget 🥳," the official Criminal Minds account replied, and we're celebrating right alongside them.
