P.F. Chang’s Holiday Menu Is Here, and I Can’t Wait to Try Every Decadent Item

When dining at a chain restaurant, it can be difficult to stray from your familiar favorites. You know what to expect when you order it, and it’s reliably tasty. But sometimes, it’s worthwhile to branch out and try something new, especially if something new isn’t always available.
If you’re a P.F. Chang’s diner, you’ll have the opportunity to give a few new and limited-time menu items a try with the chain’s latest holiday menu.
What’s on P.F. Chang’s Holiday Menu?
Now through early 2024, P.F. Chang’s has a limited-time menu full of seasonal items. According to Art Kilmer, chief operating officer at P.F. Chang’s, “This time of year provides numerous occasions for gathering with loved ones over a decadent meal, and our limited-time menu has new selections to complement the festivities.”
The holiday menu includes various new items, from appetizers to mains to drinks to desserts. Start with the Flaming Filet Mignon Wontons that are lit tableside in an impressive display. Also new on the menu is Chili Crab & Pork Belly Fried Rice made with lump crab, pork belly, egg, scallion, and spiced chili butter. Oolong Chilean Sea Bass in a ginger-soy sauce rounds out the savory items on the holiday menu.
For drinks, the holiday menu offers two signature cocktails and even a zero-proof cocktail. The Good Fortune features cognac, saké, orange and peach liqueur, and lemon, served in an ornament keepsake, and the familiar Espresso Martini gets a fun twist with the addition of orange essence. The Drink with No Name is an alcohol-free cocktail flavored with mango, ginger, lime, and bitters. Finally, finish your meal with Chang’s Apple Crunch for dessert, back on the menu with a new recipe. The apple crunch is the chain’s take on a classic apple pie, made served in a flaky roti, drizzled with cinnamon sugar, and served with vanilla ice cream.
Holiday Deals at P.F. Chang’s
If you find yourself famished after scouring the shops (online and in-person) for great deals on Black Friday weekend, there’s a fabulous deal at P.F. Chang’s. From Nov. 24-26, rewards members will get a free Chicken Lettuce Wrap appetizer with a $30 dine-in purchase. While you can only redeem this offer once per table, the offer reloads each day. From Dec. 1-12, rewards members will earn double points on all purchases except for gift cards and alcohol.
Finally, if you purchase a gift card anytime between Nov. 27 and Jan. 2 valuing $100 or more, you’ll get a $25 bonus card. You have to use the bonus card between Jan. 1 and Feb. 29, but it makes the holiday gift card shopping hurt just a little less to know you get a bonus for yourself, too. Of course, if you find yourself trying to save a little cash post-holidays, you can always try recreating your favorite P.F. Chang’s recipes at home.
