New owners opening St. Francisville restaurant with Cajun food, crawfish, seafood
ST. FRANCISVILLE, La. (BRPROUD) – The Field House, 7878 US Hwy 61, is reopening in St. Francisville with new owners this weekend. Darrel and Mo’Na Roan are holding a soft opening starting at noon on Saturday, May 4.
The Roans said The Field House was open for two years before they bought it from the original owner. It closed after crawfish season last year and will be back with a similar menu.
Customers can try boiled crawfish, live crawfish, boiled shrimp, snow crab legs, Cajun boiled meat, boudin links and snowballs. Jambalaya is a new addition. The Roans said Coca-Cola products and iced tea will be available to drink.

The Field House is drive-thru only and they are open three days a week. Their operating hours are 2-7 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 2-7 p.m. Sunday.
The Roans said anyone who stops by can expect “great customer service and amazing food.”
