You Can Get Your Own Private Floor at This New Ultra-luxe Waikiki Beach Hotel

Honolulu’s iconic Moana Surfrider, Halekulani, and Royal Hawaiian Hotel on Waikiki Beach are about to get a new neighbor. When it comes to luxury, this new neighbor is a step — or two — above the norm.

ESPACIO the Jewel of Waikiki is a nine-floor boutique hotel with just nine suites. That means guests get their own floor and 2,250 square-feet of luxurious space. With no set check-in or check-out time, guests arrive and depart at their leisure, and butlers can set up unique experiences like private art viewings or exclusive film screenings.

In each two- or three-bedroom suite, guests will find touches from all over the world, including chandeliers from Morocco and hand-knotted Persian carpets. Private jacuzzis on ocean-view balconies, private dry-saunas, and a kitchen stocked with your favorite foods round out the experience.

Hotel guests have access to a luxury fleet of cars; an on-demand, in-suite chef; and a discreet elevator entry, making it the perfect getaway for elite travelers, notable dignitaries, and celebrities.

ESPACIO's public areas include a rooftop jacuzzi and infinity pool with bar service — and arguably the best views in Hawaii — and a full-service spa. The on-site Japanese-French restaurant boasts daily seafood deliveries from Japan and rare Japanese whiskies (plus a wine collection valued at more than $5 million).

ESPACIO is accepting reservations starting September 7. Rates start at $5,000 per night.
