Sena explains that sports bras are "designed with a particular activity in mind, such as a yoga bra, which is more for low impact, or a high-impact bra for running and kickboxing." You can typically find the activities a bra is suited for on the tag or in online descriptions, as you'll have already seen in our above list which highlights low, moderate, and high impact bras.

Next, the first time you try a sports bra on, Sena suggests a "bounce test," which entails "jumping up and down in front of a mirror to see whether or not your breasts are staying firm to your chest." If you're someone who likes a snug fit or does a lot of high impact exercise, this could definitely make or break a bra for you.

What are the top factors to consider if you have large breasts?

For large busts, Sena recommends opting for an encapsulation style sports bra instead of a compression style.
