Migraines are the worst. Outside of prescription medication, everyone has their tricks for riding them out, from sleep and ice packs to caffeine and ibuprofen. But one you should look into if you suffer from these terrible headaches is the Migraine Stick.

The Migraine Stick uses aromatherapy to provide cooling relief from agonizing migraines and tension headaches. Its key ingredient is peppermint essential oil and has a roll-on design for easy application. To use, its instructions say to roll the Migraine Stick on the back of the neck, forehead and temples at the first sign of pain.

The Migraine Stick is an all-natural, homeopathic treatment. (However, you should consult your doctor if you get frequent migraines and headaches.) While peppermint essential oil is the leading ingredient, it also contains spearmint and lavender essential oils in a base of fractionated coconut oil.

Over 14,000 Amazon reviewers say it works and give it 5 out of 5 stars.

“This stuff is my go-to fix when I feel a migraine coming on. I put on each temple, under my nose and on my wrists when I feel the pressure starting and it cuts the pain to a minimum. It seems to stop the worst pain before it has a chance to start,” wrote one reviewer.

Another wrote, “This product is gold. I carry it everywhere I go just to be safe, and it has saved me on a number of occasions. The cooling sensation mimics the feeling of ice while the smell relieves my sinus pain as well.”

While it’s not a miracle cure, the Migraine Stick could help to provide some much needed relief. And at the least, it smells minty fresh.
