Over 35,000 Pounds of Turkey Kielbasa Recalled Due to Rubber Pieces Found in Product

There’s an active recall on turkey sausage products, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service. This is due to a foreign matter contamination.
Approximately 35,430 pounds of the Johnsonville branded Polish Kielbasa Turkey sausage were recalled after consumer complaints reported finding pieces of rubber in the product. The impacted kielbasa displays a “best by” date of either “05/17/24” or “05/18/24” on the side of the packaging as well as establishment number P-32009.
The ready-to-eat sausage was sold at retail locations nationwide, so check your refrigerator or freezer for this product. If it matches the above information, dispose of it immediately or return it to the place of purchase.
