During the latest season of Outdaughtered, fans have watched Adam and Danielle Busby move all six of their daughters — Blayke, Ava, Olivia, Hazel, Riley, and Parker — to a temporary home after discovering they had a mold problem in their house. All of this drama in early 2019, when the Busbys were filming season 5 of the show. So, naturally, the question becomes: Did the Busbys end up moving somewhere else or did they go back to their old home?

Where do the Busbys live now?

Danielle gave GoodHousekeeping.com an update on the family's whereabouts while discussing her and Adam's partnership with the educational toy company Learning Resources. According to the Busby matriarch, the family's mold issues are still not totally resolved as of this July.

"We're still living the life of the molded home and still in transition of whatever that means, and we still have not settled on what's happening with our old home and where we're living now," Danielle tells us. "So, it's just still a work in progress. We're still in a place and it's home for now, so we'll see what happens."

On the bright side, Danielle says there are a lot of things they love about their temporary home.

"It definitely has the space that I think we need. The yard is the most beneficial, we like for the kids to play outside — we don't like our kids being on iPads and that kind of stuff. We want them to play and interact so there's a pool, there's a huge yard ... it's definitely a plus in that aspect."

Even still, Danielle thinks a lot about their old home.

"I miss my big, big kitchen," she says while laughing. "It's a give and take on lots of different things ... there are things about my home that are getting repaired that I miss so much."

Okay, but what about the Busbys moving to Dallas?

Even though a job offer in Dallas raised the question of whether the Busbys would move to Dallas, it appears that Adam, Danielle, and the girls still reside in Houston, Texas.

How do we know this? Both Danielle and Adam's LinkedIn pages highlight that their current jobs are based in Houston (Danielle works as a Project Coordinator Team Lead and Adam is the owner of his own media company). Of course, the Busbys could intentionally be not updating their LinkedIn profiles so that curious Outdaughtered fans would have to wait to see what happens in the rest of season 5. But given what Danielle said about living in a temporary home, it sounds more and more like they're still in the same situation and waiting for the mold infestation to be gone.

But the Busbys aren't letting their mold woes get in the way of enjoying summer with their daughters. As Danielle tells us, the quints are gearing up to start their last year of pre-kindergarten, while Blayke is going into third grade and enrolled in her school's gifted and talented (G&T) program. What's more, Riley is going to be starting a private pre-k as well, and will be a grade above her sisters.

But before they all return to school, the girls are spending plenty of time splashing around in the pool and playing with their favorite coding toys (specifically, Coding Critters). Danielle believes that her daughters are prepared for school in part because of how much they play with Learning Resource toys.

"What we love about their toys is that the kids don't realize when they're playing with them, we're actually teaching them," she explains. "There's so much they've picked up — learning matching, colors, numbers, I could go on."

Sounds like the Busbys girls will be more than prepared come fall!
