Retired boxer and Olympic gold medalist Oscar De La Hoya is putting his newly complete Nevada mansion on the market, according to Robb Report. The modern, single-story abode is priced at $20 million—a hefty increase from the $14.6 million that the “Golden Boy” spent on the nearly 9,000-square-foot residence two years ago. To be fair, the dwelling was unfinished at the time; De La Hoya reportedly spent millions customizing the home during his short ownership, tricking it out with a laundry list of deluxe amenities, including a boxing ring tribute room filled with memorabilia.

Built by Las Vegas development firm Blue Heron, the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom spread is located in Henderson, which is 15 miles outside of Sin City. The home is situated on a gated one-acre plot at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Huge glass pocket doors throughout the flat-roofed structure offer panoramic views of the Strip and the surrounding mountains.

In addition to his custom tribute room, De La Hoya outfitted the luxe space with a salon, a gym, a media room, a formal dining area with a temperature-controlled wine room, and a golf simulator room with a bar. Electric fireplaces, comfy lounge spaces, and a surprising number of side-by-side televisions (13 are visible in the listing photos) can be found indoors and outdoors. The primary suite boasts a sprawling dressing room, an outdoor shower, and a private garden lanai. All of the guest bedrooms come complete with their own ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and patios.

Broker Zar Zanganeh of The Agency Las Vegas told Mansion Global that De La Hoya plans to build a larger home in the area. The sportsman founded promotional firm Golden Boy Promotions after retiring from his professional boxing career, which spanned from 1991 until 2009. He maintains an $11.5 million home in Pasadena, California.
