New Orlean's Ogden Museum of Southern Art Weding
I'm not sure there is a city in the world that can compare to New Orleans. A city that is so rich in history, so alive, so beautifully flawed where stories dig through generations and despite hardship and pain, continue to thrive in the most warm and loving way. And this wedding - photographed by Audra Wrisley and planned by Elle Ellinghuas - bottles up those very sentiments and infuses them with a sense of Joy you can literally feel.

From Audra Wrisley Photography... Claire and Patrick hosted a destination wedding in New Orleans this spring, expertly designed by Elle Ellinghaus with dreamy hues of pink, royal blue, and purples in a theme of Marie Antoinette's garden.
The bride went to school at Tulane and grew up visiting her Grandparents in New Orleans, and she had always dreamt of a beautiful southern wedding in the heart of the French Quarter.
Claire and Patrick said "I do" in the St Louis Cathedral and hosted a second line, dinner and dancing at the Ogden Museum of Southern Art.
Their elaborate Marie-Antoinette inspired cake held traditional cake pulls for bridesmaids, and the couple gifted their guests traditional praline cookies at the end of the evening.
