What Oprah Winfrey says, goes—especially when it comes to her favorite things. The 68-year-old is always recommending some amazing products, whether it’s an eyeshadow palette (see: Laura Geller’s Party in a Palette), a stylish crossbody bag, comfy sneakers, or anything in between. And, according to Oprah’s Favorite Things 2022, one of the lifestyle mogul’s favorite beauty products is the Bodynanny Eucalyptus Body Scrub—and it’s under $50.

“Gloria Williams, a.k.a. the Footnanny, has been caring for my feet for years, and she has a new body care collection,” Winfrey said in her Favorite Things 2022. “She knows I love the smell of eucalyptus, so she made this sugar scrub scented with it. It’s divine!”

The body scrub is made with sugar and dead sea salt to help exfoliate and remove dry, dead skin, as well as safflower seed oil to soften and moisturize. It also contains parsley flakes, to “decrease inflammation” and aid in a deep, exfoliating cleanse, according to the brand. After using a quarter size amount of the scrub with the included sponge and massaging in circular motions, you’ll be on your way to smoother skin in no time.

It also has an amazing scent. While many enjoy the smell of eucalyptus essential oils like Winfrey, the oil itself has some amazing health benefits. Specifically, it helps with pain reduction thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, Carrie Lam, M.D., previously explained.

And, exfoliating has its benefits too. Using body scrubs to slough off dead skin cells like this one is super beneficial to the skin. “Physical exfoliation can buff away dry skin patches caused by winter air and dramatically change skin texture,” Dendy Engelman, M.D., a board-certified dermatologist, previously told Prevention. “However, overusing body scrubs can make your skin far too raw and weaken your skin’s protective layer,” so be wary of over-exfoliating and use formulas that contain moisturizing agents—like Winfrey’s pick. Also, aim to gently massage the product over the skin (versus harshly scrubbing) and follow up with a moisturizing body cream or lotion (see: best lotions for dry skin), per Dr. Engelman.
