When Oprah goes to Italy, Oprah goes truffle hunting. And when Oprah goes truffle hunting, Oprah comes home with a huge white truffle.

Ah, to be Oprah.

On Wednesday, the media queen Instagrammed her visit to the central Italian region of Umbria, which is famous for its black and white truffles. The prized white truffle, sometimes called “the white diamond of Italy,” is more expensive, more rare, and more intensely flavorful and aromatic than the black. It’s only hunt-able from October through December in this region of Italy. (Black truffles have a more understated intensity, but we wouldn’t turn one of those down either, Oprah.)

That puppy next to her? His name is Nick, Oprah tells us via her snapshots. And he’s probably a hunting dog ’specially trained to sniff out truffles (which grow as deep as three feet underground), dig them out, and deliver them uneaten to his owner’s waiting open hand.

We’ll leave you with a last picture of the hunting party. Gaze upon it and think sweet thoughts of white truffles and truffle hunting dogs and Oprah.
