Their trip to the Middle East looked to be equally as exciting as it was relaxing.

Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King aren't just friends, they're the best of travel buddies.

The two recently took a trip together to the Middle Eastern country of Jordan and as Oprah joyfully shared on social media, the ladies had an absolutely inspired visit.

"Visited Jordan this week, and there was so much to see and experience," the 69-year-old wrote in the caption of Sunday's late-night Instagram post, joking that "It takes 3 days to really see it all" but that she and King "only spent 3 hours."

The TV personality's statement continued, listing off every stop they made while sightseeing in the country. "We visited the site where John the Baptist baptized Jesus, Petra and all its fascinations, camels, and the spot where the big boulder comes rolling out of Indiana Jones. So much history there in the 'Rose City,' voted one of the 7 new wonders of the world."

Alongside the detailed caption, Oprah posted just about half a dozen photos of herself and King, 68, exploring the desert climate and all it had to offer–from its incredible landscapes to camel rides.

Amazed by all that the two travelers got to see in the little time that they had to travel around the country, Oprah suggested that her followers "Put it on [their] must see list if [they] haven’t already! 🇯🇴."

But from the looks of her comment section, many of her fans–which included fellow celebrities like actress Jessica Alba–have wanted to travel to Jordan for some time.

"Oh wow -this is the trip of my dreams 🌹🫶🏽💕," Alba confessed.

"Love this! New experiences! New things to learn always! Live it up!" cheered filmmaker Ava DuVernay.

"Wow!!!!! 😍," gushed Scandal alum Kerry Washington.

King also gave Instagram a good glimpse at her and Oprah's getaway, sharing a behind-the-scenes look at the Dead Sea float and mud bath the two signed up for. An experience Oprah wasn't too fond of at first, as King joked in the caption: "as Oprah often tells me we have different ideas of fun … but in the end a great time was had by all."

King also posted some snaps of herself posing with the book she's been reading while on the busy streets of Jordan.

Looks like the two are experts in not only compromise but balancing a little R&R with exciting adventures.
