Many of us—including Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King—can agree that Beyoncé is that girl. The pair attended her glittering performance at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey this week, joining thousands of fans who also scored concert tickets to the Renaissance World Tour this summer. And as if this whole affair doesn't sound magical enough, the pair also met with Queen Bey herself before the show.
"I came from a two-week vacation very rested," Gayle said. "Sunday afternoon I was rested. This morning I was exhausted. I got an hour and 22 minutes of sleep. But I said, if you're gonna stay up late on a school night, that's when to do it," Gayle said.

While they've both seen Queen Bey perform before, both Oprah and Gayle agreed that last night's event was in an entirely different category.
Calling it "the most extraordinary show I've ever seen," Oprah added, "My body was vibrating the whole night. I had Beyoncé dreams. And I woke up like, what was that? It was transcendent to see all of that come together. I mean, the amount of creativity, the amount of energy, the amount of synergy, the amount of alignment, just what that takes. And she's at the helm of all of it, you can see, from every costume to every move. I bow to that. I bow."

What it was like meeting Beyoncé beforehand
"I was expecting to go directly to my seat, and then when we were brought back to say hello to her, that was pretty phenomenal," Oprah said. "I would've been a pool of tears if I'd have seen her afterwards. I wouldn't have even known how to express what I was feeling."
Watch Oprah and Gayle dance to the classics
Between the hit songs, elaborate showmanship, and attention from the Queen of the Beyhive herself, Oprah and Gayle appeared to have the time of their lives.
"I thought it was a visual feast for the eyes," Gayle said. "It made me so proud because she's a mother. She's a wife. And she gets out and she does that. So in the daytime, she's taking care of her children, like normal people [do]. Then she gets on stage and then she does that. Tina Knowles said to me years ago that 'my daughter is one of the hardest working person I know.' And to me, that was on full display yesterday. My jaw is still on the ground."
It's another summer of Queen Bey—but this time, we've all got a place to express all the pent-up joy we've had since she dropped the Renaissance album last summer.
