Instead of rollers, hair stylist Maryann Hennings told Variety she used the Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler Complete Long Styler — which is $599 and in stock at Gilt and comes with a $60 site credit — in a recent interview with Variety. Traditional rollers simply didn't work on actress Riley Keough's hair because she boasts enviable thick locks.

"[The Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler Complete Long Styler] blows air around the curls, so that was my cheat for getting a hot roller look,” Hennings says. “I think everybody’s tired of the beach wave, that curling iron look. It’s a much freer look, the ’70s. It’s effortless, and it’s cool.”
