The Royal Mansion Suite at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai is easily one of the most expensive and luxurious hotel rooms in the world. With more than 10,000 square feet across two stories on the 18th and 19th floors, the suite has multiple rooms, dining and entertaining spaces.

It has even had a few recognizable guests, like Beyonce’, who reportedly stayed in the suite during the hotel’s grand opening in 2023. Here’s what to know about the high-roller accommodations.

More Space Than You Could Imagine

With plenty of room, the interior space is 12,148 square feet and the outdoor terrace is a spacious 5,123 square feet. According to the hotel’s website, the four-bedroom suite is described as the “jewel in the crown” that connects the two sides of Atlantis The Royal. Across more than ten separate areas, including an entertainment room, living room, steam room, and dining room, the space is large enough for nearly everyone to feel at home.

An immediate standout feature is the penthouse suite’s private foyer, with 100-year-old olive trees and sky-high ceilings. The two-story suite has an infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen fitting for parties, a 12-seat dining table, an in-room library, a full bar, and more.

Guests can expect four plush, well-designed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with designer Hermes products. Each bedroom features a private balcony, and there’s even an extra “family room” with a more casual seating area, breakfast bar, and table. The suite also boasts multiple walk-in closets with three king bedrooms and a double queen suite room, comfortably sleeping ten guests.

Amenities That Stand Out

Beyond the obvious luxurious and lengthy space, the amenities are also standouts of the Royal Mansion Suite. The suite also includes a private steam room, a large living area, and unparalleled views of the Dubai skyline from almost every inch of the place.

In the entertainment room, guests can expect full recliners, gaming systems, a huge TV display, and access to all sorts of TV shows and movies. With in-room check-in, guests won’t need to worry about lines or even going to the hotel’s reception when they arrive. The 24-hour-butler service included with the stay means any wants or needs are catered to, at any time of day or night.

There is also a private entrance and private elevator, smart TVs throughout the space, and ample charging stations for personal devices. There’s even a Louis Vuitton ping pong table and a water feature.

Though the price tag is hefty, for those who can afford it, the Royal Mansion Suite has all the makings to spend a perfect luxury vacation in Dubai.
