For the second year, Los Angeles’ first Après-ski dining experience returns to Fairmont Century Plaza with custom-built Swiss Chalets, additional fire pit seating and an exciting new menu of Alpine favorites. Featuring cozy décor and all the delicious tidings of an idyllic winter getaway, the five whimsical wood chalets offer delectable culinary favorites such as Cheese and Chocolate Fondue, Braised Beef Cheek served with roasted sunchokes, Brie and Pear Soup, and festive cocktails like spiked Eggnog of the Century and the Espress-ski Martini. There is a three-course menu available to enjoy in your chalet, priced at $105 per person is served with a welcome glass of Glühwein. With seating available for 2-8 guests, the Swiss Chalet experience is only available through January 31, 2024. This is your last week to enjoy the mountain air vibe in the heart of entertainment row.
